Terms of Service

Using Linkee.bio

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you use Linkee.bio for a business, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for it.
• Keep your sign-in account secure. You are responsible for what happens on pages you manage.
• Each email account can create one profile, unless we tell you otherwise. Your page address (linkee.bio/yourname) must not pretend to be another person, brand or business.

Your content

• You keep ownership of everything you add, such as your name, photos, bio, links and brand logos. You confirm you have the right to use it.
• You give Linkee.bio permission to store, copy, resize and display that content only as needed to run your page and the service, for example showing your published page to visitors or shrinking a logo so it loads quickly. This permission ends when you delete the content, except for copies kept briefly in backups or as required by law.
• Published pages are public. Anything on them can be seen and shared by anyone who visits.

What’s not allowed

• Illegal content or links, or anything that promotes violence, hate or harassment.
• Scams, phishing, malware, or links that hide where they really go.
• Pretending to be someone else, or using someone else’s trademark or content without permission.
• Sexual content involving minors, or sexually explicit content.
• Spam, or trying to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of Linkee.bio.

We may remove content or pages that break these rules. You can report a page to us.

Instagram, Google and other services

• Some features connect to other services, like Google sign-in, Instagram sign-in, Instagram comment replies or Google Business reviews. Your use of those services also follows their own terms, including Instagram’s and Meta’s.
• You can disconnect these services at any time. We are not responsible for changes or outages on other services.

AI-suggested replies

• Some tools suggest text, such as replies to Instagram comments. Suggestions can be wrong or unsuitable, so check them before you send. Nothing is posted until you choose to send it.
• Replies you send are your own posts, and you are responsible for them.

Changes, paid plans and ending your account

• We are always improving Linkee.bio and may add, change or remove features.
• If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price and what’s included before you are charged. Nothing is charged without your agreement.
• You can stop using Linkee.bio and ask us to delete your account at any time; see Delete your data. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
• We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Linkee.bio after that means you accept the new terms.

Our responsibility

• We work hard to keep Linkee.bio running and secure, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
• To the extent the law allows, Linkee.bio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you have not paid us.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
